For those who also want to keep cookie baking as stress-free as possible, here\u2019s an \u201ceasy going\u201d recipe an almost-guarantee.<\/p>\n<p>125 g cold butter<br>\n200 g wheat flour<br>\n100 g sugar<br>\n1 sachet vanilla sugar<br>\n1&nbsp;egg<\/p>\n<p>Knead the butter, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg into an even dough and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thickness of about half a centimetre and cut out the biscuits in any chosen shape. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven (180\u00b0C top\/bottom heat, fan oven: 160\u00b0C) for approx. 7\u201310 minutes on a tray lined with baking paper.
