125 g cold butter
\n200 g wheat flour
\n100 g sugar
\n1 sachet vanilla sugar
\n1 egg<\/p>\n

Knead the butter, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg into an even dough and put it in the fridge for half an hour. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface to a thic\u00adk\u00adness of about half a centi\u00admetre and cut out the biscuits in any chosen shape. Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven (180\u00b0C top\/bottom heat, fan oven: 160\u00b0C) for approx. 7\u201310 minutes on a tray lined with baking paper. Deco\u00adrate as desired.<\/p>\n

For a vegan version, knead 200 g vegan marga\u00adrine, 300 g flour, 100 g sugar, 1 sachet vanilla sugar and 1 pinch of salt and chill the dough for about an hour.<\/p>\n
