According to statistics, in 2022 slightly more than a third of Germans started the next year with good intentions. The list is topped by<\/p>\n

- Eating more healthy
\n\u2014 Doing more physical exercise and
\n\u2014 Saving more money<\/p>\n

In 2008 \u2014 14 years ago \u2014 the statistics portal Statista asked Germans for the first time about their good intentions. At that time, \u201cAvoid or reduce stress\u201d and \u201cSpend more time with family and friends\u201d were at the top of the list.<\/p>\n

By the way: while 14 years ago 21 percent of those surveyed wanted to watch less television, in 2022 it was social media that 18 percent wanted to spend less time with\u2026<\/p>\n
