At least the Occu\u00adpa\u00adtional Safety and Health Act stipu\u00adlates that an employer must take effec\u00adtive measures as soon as there is an air tempe\u00adra\u00adture in the room that exceeds 30 degrees Celsius. Above 35 degrees Celsius, the room is no longer suitable as working space.
